I moved there in Jan 04. The office staff is not helpful at all. When you come home you expect to park in a space close to you unit but please dont expect that. I would have to park my car down the hill or up the hill and walk. Some people had 3 or 4 cars to one apartment which cut down on you having a place to park. The corridor or foyer leading to my apartment was always nasty. My neighbors had cats and dogs and I even had one to poop in front of my door. I would not recommend living here at all. The management is not good and they charge you for a key to the wash area.

Yes, you pay a deposit for that key and when you move out the office says they didn't know anything about it and refused to reimburse me.
