Riverchase Gardens Apartments

Scared For Personal Safety From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have been here since last September. Thankfully, my lease will be up next month. There have been 6 successful breakins and at least 6 attempted that I know of. The horrible part is that the only way that I know about this is from other tenants in my building. The management company has not notified any of the tenants. I live in the 800 building and there have been 4 break-ins on my breezeway alone. The perpatrators brok in to one lady's apartment and stole her spare keys to her car and came back the next week and stole her car. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who lives alone or has kids. I fear for my personal safety and for $600/month, one should feel like they have a safe place to come home to. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
