I recently moved in and thought, "What nice Management." A week later the manager left the company. I moved in with a Greyhound and the manager told me not to worry about paying a pet fee. Since she left a week later the new manager told me to get rid of the Dog or pay $600.
Also,before I signed the lease I wanted to see the Apartment but they would not show it to me. Eventually I agreed to sign the lease. When I moved in I realized there had been a water damage in the apt. They did not replace the carpet after dirty water from the above apartment came in. Before I moved my contents in the Apartment I argued that there needed to be carpet put in. They did finally agree to that but then I realized that there was a very strong odor coming from the laundry room. What I found was that they put brand new vinyl flooring on top of old wet vinyl flooring. It smelled like a dirty restroom at a gas station. Even the guy putting the vinyl down was gagging. The problem I have now is the same thing is going on in my 2 bathrooms. I have been asking for 2 months to get the problem fixed. First I got"we are going to fix it, we are just waiting on the sealer to seal the concrete floor." Now they say they are not doing anything b/c they don't think there is a problem. I guess the MOLD behing my toilet on the drywall is no indication that there is a problem. When we do say something to the "Manager" she just talks to us like we are dumb. She says the right things but the way she says it, she is being Sarcastic.
So to anyone who is thinking about moving here, You may want to think again. If they would fix the problems they are having it wouldn't be a bad place to live.

The manager, Jennifer, is very rude! I am glad that I moved!
