I totaly agree with this statement. I lived in apt. 701 and there seems to be sewage problems there. I put a ultra violet light for urine on the floors to test it and guess what we found. Mind you, this is after 3 or 4 months of complaining that something was wrong. To make matters worse, because I complained and got a bit angry after begging and pleading with these people, they had the audacity to call the police on me telling them that there was a tenant who was demanding to be released from his lease. That is not what happened at all. By the way, this is after the fact that my truck was broken into 2 days in a row and they tried to steal it. Also, there are alot of exterior repairs going on and it just so happened that some silicone or something that was oil based was wiped all over my wifes car with what looked like a scraper. I have 3 small children and to be living in such filth with sewage seeping through your floors is preety nasty. I tried to tell them something was going on several times but they kept saying that they had 3 different companies look at and they said there was nothing wrong. I know this was a lie too b/c my wife stays home all day with 3 children and noone ever came aboutthis. I was then told that they had put a call in to the Health Department but the Regional Manager said that they were backed up and it would take a very long time. Once I had enough of the nonsense I called the Health Department myself and they said they could be out in 2 days. I asked if they had ever received a call from Riverchase Gardens Apts. about this and they said "NO" never received a call regarding this matter. So now they're lying to me. Pleae take heed to all these comments b/c this is by far the most miserable place to live and the most incompitent people I have ever dealt with in my life. They did agree to let me break my lease but I had to pay them an extra 30 days of rent and I'm sure I will find out tomorrow they will not give me my deposit back. They should have to give it back along w/ my extra 30 days along with the new deposit at another place. PLEASE
