Unfortunately, I live here now, and I am counting the minutes until I can get out. The new management team is a joke - the regional manager, Cheryl, is the only one who has an inkling of what is going on, and she is obviously overworked and hates her job, as manifest by her attitude with renters. I had an incident wherein she told me I would receive a credit on my rent and that she would call me back the next day. By the time I heard from her (almost a week later, even though I had called her daily), she denied ever having said I would receive a credit, and pretty much called me a liar on a couple of other points.

As for the rest of the Riverchase Gardens experience, I have had to call the cops on my neighbors (although a couple my neighbors are really nice, and everyone I have talked to is just trying to get out), the apartment is old and smells bad no matter what I do, and the grounds are filthy and poorly kept. Don't be deceived by the recent "renovations." They are just an effort to cover up the terrible condition of the apartments!

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, CHOOSE TO LIVE IN THESE HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!!!!
