Absolutely the Pits!!

I have lived at Riverchase Gardens for six months. I have never been so disappointed in my live. The management is the pits. They are uncaring and very hateful. Their interest is in themselves and how much they can push the residents around. (Authority)) The maintence is also awful. I can stand in my hallway and look under my door to the outside. My storeage room has about an inch and a half gap under the door. I have asked may times to have this fixed. I have asked for a stove as mine is 100 years old. Didn't get it. I did ask for a refrigerator and was brought one that was fairly new, it opens on the wrong side. I have to stand in my laundry room to open it. There have been many, many burglaries in this area. Cars stolen, broken into, my puppy was stolen, miscellaneous things stolen from cars. This place is notorious for pulling your car if you don't have an updated tag (which is none of their business unless it is an eyesore.) I wouln't recommend my pet snake to live in this dump. Don't let them fool you with all the new updates. Big deal! Its not worth having to put up with all the crap. Beware! The property managers will tell you what a wonderful place this is, just move in. They are hateful and most everything you ask them to do is filed in "file 13", the trash.
