Riverside offers a lot but doesn't deliver.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
They offer secure gated community, but the gates are always open, and never worked the 2 times they were actually closed. Repairs were never done, filters never changed, and garbage dump never emptied. My advise is keep hunting. Not worth the price.
