That's what RP has become. I've lived there five and a half years and can't wait to get out into my new house. Mainetenance takes forever to fix menial things, and the rebate you are promised when you renew your lease takes longer than income tax to come back. It was nice for a while, but now..well.. its not. The gates are a joke. And they actually ask us to refer people here. Wow.
