This is a review written on behalf of the Office and Maintenance Staff of Riverside Parc. We have a wonderful maintenance team that gets things done in 48 hours due to a policy we have for our residents. The leasing staff is very courteous and willing to help with any problems with our residents or our future residents. We not only offer unique features and an assortment of amenities, but also strive for a "Totol Service Lifestyle"....(ie: we take people to the airport, we feed/walk pets, water plants, collect mail when you are out of town, and many other things. This is why we stay above 95% occupied.
