I just wanted to comment on some of the other posts. I also witnessed drug busts in this complex (even a meth lab being busted, {FYI: If you don't know' Meth is extremely toxic and lethal; not just if it explodes, but also the fumes}) and know officers that are familiar with them as well. It actually is in Jefferson County's Jurisdiction not Shelby. As is evident from the posts they really do try to clean the place up. I would imagine a problem they run in to is the management. Alot of arrests or police reports are not good for business. They want to try to white wash garbage and hope people will look right past the problems(obviously some do). The gate....wow, that stupid thing didn't work when I moved in(2004). Yes, it was in the process of being 'fixed' and never was. They did at least have some pretense of a security guard at one point...but all he ever did was sit in his truck and read with his "kill me" light on(so named because you are pretty much blinded and make a wonderful target with it on). Last little comment and I will cease my ramblings. Jenny in the office....poor, poor Jenny, she must be suffering from extreme delusions, either that or she really is an outright dishonest wench.
