I have lived here for 7 years. When I first moved here, the staff was great, the grounds were great and the neighbors were great. However, I have been through several management changes as well as property management (owner) changes and each time it seems a little bit worse. The current ones are the worst by far. There is no feeling of caring for the tenants, they try and change the rules midstream (an example is the signs that they stuck up by the entryway that read "Rent is now due on the first and late on the second" which is completely contridictory to the lease agreement which stipulates late on the sixth.), the grounds have deteroriated and most of the neighbors in my building are still great, they are not being as careful in the selection criteria.

Would I recommend this place to anyone... not anymore. Birmingham has too many other good places to live.
