Riverside Parc

So many problems where do we start From: Halls Date posted: 10/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Problems with noise from the parking areas and other residents. Kids playing in parking areas and hitting cars with bikes, footballs, etc which has not been addressed as promised 2 weeks ago. Trash in walkways, parking area, landscapes. Parking is a nightmare b/c people park behing other cars and in front of walkways and handicap spots. Maintenance is slow to respond to problems and when they do, it requires multiple visits and even still the problem may not be fixed. Office staff is nice on phone however little or no action is taken when complaints are made or problems are reported. Community has potential to be very nice but problems need to be resolved before we would recommend anyone move in.
