So you are moving out, thats great. Everyone (most people) work more than 40 hours a week. Who cares if "non Americans" live around you. I bet you'd be complaining if they were sleeping on the sidewalk outside your apt or 40 hour a week job too wouldn't you. It's not a section 8 community, I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. Oh and FYI Section 8 is government housing for individuals who are not as fortunate as you and I to reside in conventional. Racism is sooooo not cool.
