I have lived here for about 2 years now and I have never had any of those problems that those crazy people are saying.This is a great property for the price,it is close to everything. I have referred two friends to live here also. So I think who ever is writing that stuff on the other reviews probably did not pay the rent on time!!!

You must work for Riverside Parc. We've never missed a payment on our rent, it's never even been late. It seems that the only people that enjoy living here are working in the office.

Your'e out of your friggin' mind! All I ever had was problems out of those a*# holes. I'll bet you don't live there anymore do you? Read my review and you will start to get a clue as to what a dump this place really is. Please don't live at Riverside Parc you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My time at Riverside parc has been horrible!! My car was broken into and my patio furniture was stolen and there are marks on my door frame like someone tried to break in. When I told the assistant manager about the things that had happened in the last 4 months, he told me my safety was not his problem!!!! I was also told when I leased the apartment that they would replace the kitchen counters b/c they had cigarette burns all over them...4 months later, I still have the same nasty counter tops. I would never tell any one to move to Riverside Parc.
