There are much better places.

First, living on 280 if you go to work at 8am is a total mistake.
Second, this is a nice place but not for the price.
Third, the appliances are out of the stone age. The power drain dut to lack of insulation on the oven is insane and the refrigerator sounds like a mack truck.
Fourth, there are not as many -------- as lorna road, but they loiter in the parking lot, why' i dont know.
Fifth, you are paying a homewood price $$$ for a run down place...it was great about 20 years ago.
Some Good things... some of the apartments have great forest-river views, its nice. The place is safe. Its convenient to restaurants and fast food, if you worked somewhere in the 280 area close or somwhere in Shelby Co it wouldnt be half bad, only 25% bad. The place has great floor plans for roomates and the rooms are big enough.
But, once you add on the $40 water bill and the super high power bill you will be paying much more than you should here. I think I'll move this year
