Where to start' From the day we moved in, we've had problems. My roomate and I looked at the apartment, even though it was more than we wanted to spend we assumed we would get what we paid for. Boy were we wrong. Every major appliance has broken and taken at least 2 visits to fix. I mean, I expect some things to happen, but it should not take 4 months to fix a whole in the wall of the living room.We have had roaches, flies, spiders, and insects I've never seen before! We live upstairs, for goodness sake!!! The ONLY sidewalk leading to the parking lot floods every time it rains. And recently, a neighbor's dog(not on a leash! which is against the lease agreement)attacked mine and nothing is being done about it. I DEFINATELY DO NOT FEEL SAFE HERE. I talked to the regional manager about everything, and she basically acted as if she didn't have time for me and was very disrespectful. Well, she made a mistake. I am in college and know lots of people looking for apartments and I have told all of them not to live in Riverside Parc. I don't know about you but I work full time and go to school full time. I don't have time to be on the phone with the staff all the time.Please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

i cant tell you how many times i was on the phone with those a## holes. they do not care about you all they give a dang about is the rent money every month pouring in. Erica at the office is a horrible manager i hear that she is gone now. that just means someone just as underqualified is there being a real butt to all the tennants. oh well maybe the whole dang place will slide off the hill into the river. what a great dream
