I lived there for 2 years. They waived the deposit when i moved in but busted me in the end for almost 500 dollars, what a rip. 25 for cleaning a toilet, 25 for cleasing a stove, 300 carpet cleaning, 100, extra for cleanup. The apartment was in great shape when i left, i got letters phone calls, it was a nightmare. I got smart and moved to a great complex right up the road.
