Riverside Parc is a horrible place to consider living. My roommate has also submitted a review because we feel so strongly about warning people about living here. Not only are the people in the office a little on the snotty side, the maintenance people, though nice, have no idea how to fix anything, at least not the first time. The week we moved in I was not allowed to use my shower b/c it was leaking into the apartment below. I co uldn't shower in my bathroom for two weeks. They had to change the locks on our doors 3 times, the first time because of a complaint we made, the second time b/c the maintenace team broke it and the third time b/c they lost the key. My roommate has already complained about the bugs, the appliances, and the walkway, but she didn't tell you about the noise. There are several trucks and cars throughout the complex that are exceptionally loud. Alarms that go off in the middle of the night and for up to 20 minutes. Trucks that come everyday before dawn and honk to pick someone up. I know that these have been complained about, but the office doesn't care. We chose Riverside Parc because we thought that what we saw was a good deal, but it was all a facade, including the smiles on the faces of the office team. They are only there to make a sale, not to be helpful. I'm warning you, do not live here.

Everything written here is true. this place sucks, why does everyone seem to say the same thing? because its all true. i believe you about the shower thing, mine squeaked so bad when you stepped in it or just moved around. it was so bad all 30 -------- below me complained about it. thats bad.
