oh my god where do i start' Parking is an absolute nightmare! unless you don't mind walking 200 yards in the rain carring groceries. there are cars behind other cars blocking the entire road, i got so fed up with it i blocked the office door several times....oops. At least I didnt get any dents in my truck when i parked up there. Management at thier best were complete morons. in a year and a half i not once got a straight answer out of anyone at RP. even the corprate office(whom i called many times) were no help what-so-ever. Maintainance is a JOKE! For a year and a half i tried to have my A/C fixed. Maintainance came a total of about 25 times and never fixed a thing. An outside contractor came and fixed almost everthing in 3 and a half hours. Except the fan in the attic, which maint. was supposed to do. still inst done to this day, my friend still lives there. Lets just say 85-90 degrees inside sucks, when its only that outside. Dont freak out if you wake up and think youre in ------, you are. I hear next year Riverside is having their own Mardis Gras parade. The staff in the office is so rude. I dont like calling the office and being hung up on(3 times). The "security" gates never work. Rarely are the bars even in place. Dont think the community car wash station is for you to use. If your not a ------- that takes 3 hours to wash his hooptie ride and block the pad till his buddy can pull in right behind him forget it. then they will leave the laundry detergent they washed thier car with laying in the parking lot with rags and god knows what else. Oh yeah, 4 times i walked out of my apartment to see two or three -------- in a car or van having sex. Direct quote from manager "what am I supposed to do about it"' I would rather sleep in a pile of maggots than move back to that dump. Overpriced, Under serviced, dirty old appliances, pool full of urine and tequila. Not exactly paradise. Please do these people a favor and never live there, maybe someone will wise up and bulldoze the place. If it doesnt burn down first.

Omg I can't believe you would language like that. Although the apartment sucked, the staff sucked and obviously everything around it sucked Im sure people of all colors and nationality do the same thing. And Im sure you wouldnt use that language in front of the people you were degrading. Get some class why don't you.. matter of fact, go read the bible and get some help!

I think you have the wrong complex. They do don't have a gate, or a car wash center.
