Riverside Parc offers "awesome" specials just to lure people in, but once you're here it is not worth it. The new staff obviously had training issues. Whenever I ask questions, no one seems to know what is going on. They distribute announcements and etc on short notice. I received notification for mandatory car registration on a Friday, and the information was due that same day. The maintenance staff is friendly. However, they are unable to fix simple problems. They attempted to fix my refrigerator on four occasions, but of course it still makes a loud cranking noise. The fitness facility is always dirty. As for the parking, some people create parking spaces along the roads so be careful driving around in the complex. I rarely see bugs, but there are a lot of spiders. The controlled access entrances do not work, so it is pointless to have an entrance card (which I only used on several occasions). I considered renewing (with certain demands) to avoid the hassle of moving, until they told me that market rent was going up (from $661 to $677). I simply do not think it is worth it - even the extra $16 more a month.

the "new staff" is a term you can use every 2 months. I was there over a year and there were at least 30 different people in that office. it wouldnt be worth it if they took 16 dollars off rent I would never go back to that dump. It's nice to see that nobody likes this place. 90% of the reviews are horrible. The other10% is probably the office staff writing a good review and getting the extra $16 they are jacking up on rent just to have a good review on here. Sad but true.
