I moved back to Alabama after living out of state and let me tell you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
The maintenance staff takes two weeks to come OUT and that's after you bug them about it.
I have waterbugs in my bathtub but no one has come out yet to take a look at it and no returned phone calls.
The rent is expensive for the piss-poor quality of service.
The parking is bad and the entrance is as well.
STAY AWAY.
I have only four more months on my lease, then I'M OUT.

boy thats a long time to have to run out a lease at that s#%t hole, i hate it for you man. piss-poor is a great start on how to describe that dump. ha ha
