I have lived here a little under a year and have nothing but good, decent things to say about Riverside Parc. Sure, the entrance is a bit awkward, but personally I have never had any noise or neigbor problems, found the office staff to be as helpful as they should be, and never had a problem finding a place to park (my guests haven't either!) the 1 bedroom I am renting is HUGE for the money (over 800 sq feet) compared to some other complexes on 280 charging twice as much for much much less! You can't beat the location. My only concern is grounds maintenance from time to time. It always looks decent but sometimes its a couple of weeks inbetween grass cuttings.

jikki, what is your beef with Riverside Parc. I have had a terrible experience with them as well but you have been blasting them for awhile. You have too much time on your hands to sit back and wait on someone to make a comment that you don't like and then go to trouble to respond to it. JUST LET IT GO!!!!

I wouldn't charge much either for those places if i was in charge either, they are crap! I think the office staff slipped you a 20 spot to write this BS. that or you are the office staff im just letting people know how horrible this place is, it took those fools 4 months to fix our a/c, it was 86 degrees on average inside at night or first thing in the morning. we quit paying rent because of it. we didn't pay for 4 months and it still took that long to fix. they didn't care it was nice and cool in the office where they sit all day
