I've lived in many different states and rented many different rental properties over the last 30 plus years and I must say this is the worst rental experience I've ever had.
Too many Illegal Aliens with 5 to 10 people living in 2 bedroom apartments,Traffic coming and going at all hours of the night, radio's blasting with no regards for residents, no assigned parking areas that force you to park relatively far from your apartment if you get home late at night, constant issues with maintenance in getting the proper attention to fix issues.
This company should be paying the residents for renting from them.
All in all the building management tries to accomplish and maintain the basics but being mismanaged by a corporate company that goes unresponsive to their request for help, I can understand why there's a new face every time we go to pay our rent.
Avoid like the plaque!
