WAS okay, now A NIGHTMARE

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I was one of the positive reviews earlier, but after experiencing loud neighbors, lackluster office and maintenance staff and now hearing of breakins in my building (doors kicked down and police reports filed!) I am convinced there is a better deal for your money on 280.
