This was definitely my most unhappy experience renting. I had to move from another city, so I didn't know much better. However, upon first viewing, everything looked great. I must have looked at the nicest apartment they had because mine sure doesn't look like that. I realized I had made a huge mistake the day I came back to move in. The carpet had multiple stains in every room; the bathtub did not have wall plates behind the fixtures, and despite me requesting that to be fixed about 4 times, I still look at wood and insulation everytime I shower; the dishwasher still had food and dishes in it; the toilet took about 25 minutes to fill up after being flushed, which I requested maintainence on 4 times to finally have to get it fixed on my own; there was multicolored paint all over the storage door on the balcony; when the front door shuts, you can still see the outside- talk about killing your power bill. These are things I would expect to see when an irresponsible tenant is moving out, NEVER when someone is moving in. And whoever thought to put the fridge the wall with the door opening away from the wall and the pantry directly in front by about 2 1/2 feet didn't have anyone over 80 lbs in mind. You literally would get stuck trying to get something out of the fridge. And on the subject of pests, I had to have pest control to my apartment 5 weeks in a row trying to get rid of the infestation. Then there are the illegal residents who make up around 80% of the community. There was never a quiet moment, from mariachi music at 4 a.m. to screaming fights heard 3 buildings down (I admit were sometimes entertaining!). I also could never find a parking spot for all the broken down cars filling them up.

I am moving out within the month and couldn't be happier. I hope this review will provide answers to anyone who is concerned. I am not just an angry resident, every word I said was true. And if you are thinking of moving in, DON'T DO IT. I hated it so much that from day 1 I decided I wouldn't even waste my time decorating because I was planning on moving somewhere else.
