i have lived here for a year and had nothing but problems. i agree with the last 2 reviews. the ac does not work.you get enough heat from the dryer next door to warm up the whole aprtment in the winter. managment is incompetent. maintanence aint bad when you can get them to actually fix something. and as for centerpiedes i had never seen them until moving into this apartment. Everything is old and as for the banging sounds in the walls, its the plumbing and its loud! dont move here its a rip off!
