I lived there in 2005 and I was attacked by a Mexican man. Thank God I had taken self defense classes. I fought him off, but had no doubt that he would have raped and killed me. On a lesser note, there is only one way in and out of the apartment complex. The tiny opening scared me every time I drove in and out of the entrance. You could not see well, and people drove like maniacs. I would have moved for this reason only. I'd say if you are Mexican, then you'd probably feel comfortable there.

Why is that you are saying something three years later??? Don't you think that is something you would have posted to let people know in 2005 and not 2008. By the way, for whatever it is worth...your statements are pretty racists, so they are probably lucky not to have you living there anyways!

not very many people know about this site...and she is not racist...a majority of the people that live there are mexican, hispanic, spanish whatever, and i'm sure they would feel comfortable there since they can understand everyone else, i mean i feel comfortable with people speaking english, so i'd like to live somewhere where i can understand what is being said!!!!!thats why i don't live there anymore..along with the other numerous reasons

This woman's remarks reveal that she is uneducated. I doubt she has checked these people's passports or home countries. I don't know of any people who are "Mexican" at Riverside. I have met one woman FROM the Ukraine, one from England, ECT, but all were AMERICAN. How does a person "almost" get killed? How does a person "almost" get raped? I'm guessing the writer of this review is a drama queen who says and does things to bring attention to her uneducated self. There are things about Riverside that I don't like, but to condemn a property management company for something an individual did that may or may not have even lived there....YEARS later...who didn't have anything to do with the management of the complex, that's just silly. My last experience with one of the apartment staff was a bad one. She was rude and unsympathetic to how poor upper-level management decisions was effecting the renters. However, I'm not going to claim the entire complex & staff are dirt simply because she was unprofessional.
