I have lived at Riverside Parc for almost a year now. When I started looking for a place, this wasn't the best by no means, but they had a great special and the girl in the office went above and beyond to get me in.

The good: If you have an issue, they are very quick to respond. There's a pretty good amount of space and even storage on the outside. W/D connections in each unit, disposal.. The location is awesome, in the middle of everything.

The bad: I thought it was me imagining stuff, but after reading some other reviews.. This place really does smell like feet. I don't even like having anyone over because of it. I always have 2 air fresheners per room, on high. The cabinets are the most awful thing ever, seems like they just keep slapping some paint on and don't even care how it looks. The caabinets and the appliances are old and terrible. Even after a almost a year now, other than the bare neccessities, I have nothing in the cabinets cause I'm afraid something might jump out of them. I haven't cooked at all cause I just hate everything about the kitchen. Bathroom is the same. The tub is made out of weird material, so no matter how much you scrub, it'll always look dirty. You can see how the wood in the cabinets is separating, that's how old it is. Every time before I get in the shower I have to check if there are bugs in my tub, and most days there's at least one. I've seen all kinds of bugs: big, small, nasty and some very scary. I even found some in my bed! I've had one leak in the kitchen and have one constant one in the bathroom. The windows and window frames haven't been washed in years and they are so disgusting I don't even open them. The walls seem to be paper thin cause I can hear the person above me all the time - walking, watching the tv, even using the bathroom. I could go on and on...

All in all, the location is great, but if you can afford to pay just a little extra to live somewhere else, you should. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone I wish well. I can't wait to move!

First let me start by saying I'm sorry that you are unhappy with you apartment. I would love the opportunity to rectify the situation with you and make Riverside Parc a more pleasant environment for you! I am the new property manager and I know I can help! We have complimentary pest control service every Thursday and I know my maintenance staff can address those leaks. I would love to sit and have a meeting with you about the things I can improve and fix. It seems Riverside has been purchased by a new company. This company seems to think it's ok to do a number of unsavory things.
