Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008

We have lived at Riverside Parc for a little over a year. The best thing about this place is that the staff are wonderful. Jenn, is the greatest and they always do their best to accomodate their tenants. We started out in a two bed one bath and resigned our lease to a two bed two bath. The first apartment wasn't really my cup of tea. The bathtubs are VERY OLD and i would never take a bath in them and i really miss my baths( even though i have bleached and cleaned them numerous times)i had to buy a bath mat so that i could give my daughter a bath and not feel completly disgusted. Our new apartment has new appliances and new cabinets in the kitchen...i love the kitchen compared to the last apartment so they are trying to update their property. Another thing that is a little bothersome is that our deck, i guess because it is a few years old, has very large cracks in it and things fall through the holes all the time. I really hate that. One last thing is i really dont feel completely comfortable. My family and I have taken walks on the nature trail and seen people in the woods doing things that seemed skecthy. It was just very uncomfortable. My husband made me promise not to ever go without him. Our last apartment we had some really awesome neighbors i loved them all. In the new one there are some really nice ones but there are also some that make me nervous. They have a lot of people living there and people are coming and going at all hours of the night. They are very loud and disrespectful, but this is not at all the Apartments fault. Its just apart of apartment living. Oh, and i only have one more complaint...if you have smaller children there really isnt a very good playground at all. They really do need to update the playground equipment for the kids. The paint is chipping and there really isnt anything for smaller kids to play on. The grounds are very pretty here and i do love it in the fall. Apartment living is always going to have its ups and downs. For being located on 280 in a great part of town Riverside is wonderful for the prices and things that they offer to their tenants. Your always going to run into down falls when your renting somewhere. I would defintely recommend this place to people.
