Not bad for the money

I moved into this complex in October. The apartments are spacious and fairly well maintained. The pipes in my apartment are noisy at times but it is not a new complex. The appliances are not the most current but they work well and are not ragged looking. The laundry/area pantry is good because it has plenty of space. The tubs are some kind of plastic but I haven't had a problem cleaning them. I use a scrubfree cleaner.
I have not seen any bugs at all. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the windows are yucky and there is a large hole under the sink in the bathroom where the pipe comes in. When it is cold I have to close the bathroom door to keep the draft out.
My neighbors are nice and actually very quiet. There are people of all races living in the complex which, in my opinion, is great.
The office staff has been very nice and I have not had any problems with them. Maintenance issues have been resolved fairly quickly and to my satisfaction.
All in all, for the price I'm paying per month, and the location, the schools (Irondale Middle, Shades Valley) these apartments are not bad for the money.
