I have lived at Rollingwood for two years. It has been a good experience. The office staff is very friendly and maintience is good about fixing things within a reasonable amount of time. There is assigned parking (like two spaces per apartment) and the guest spots are limited so the parking spaces fill-up quickly. During certain times of the year there are problems with bugs, but management has someone come out and spray regularly. My only complaints would be:
1. The water bill is unexplainablely high.
2. It takes to long to open the pool once it starts getting hot.
3. parking.

Those are major complaints and based on that review, I can't see how it is a nice place to live.
