I've been a tenant for over 3 years now and I'm getting ready to move. I agree with what the last two people have written completely. These units are only nice if you just want to ... LIVE IN VESTAVIA. The management is ridiculous, the maintenance staff and their work performance, ridiculous, the units, ridiculous. I would only move here as a last resort. There is nothting nice to say but "Vestavia" living area. There are nicer, less expensive units in the area. I have stayed this long because I am in a 3 bedroom townhouse and I have a lot of stuff. I didn't feel like moving but I can't take it anymore and I'm leaving. I wouldn't recommend this joint to anyone.

don't understand; 3 years just because you don't want to move and that unhappy???? Would like to know when you're moving out- we've been trying to get in for a couple of months with no availability-- maybe we can get yours???

Funny that you've been trying to get into this hell hole and can't. I am a current resident and in my line of townhouses alone there are 3 vacancies. Which you can have my unit if you'd like....Oh! but you may want to watch for the mold, mildew and scum that are in the walls (I have pictures if you would like to see them) before you move in. I would HIGHLY advise not living here, esp. if you have small children or allergies. The office staff and "maintenance" are a JOKE. After multiple attempts to have issues resolved by on-site staff and property mgt. I had to get someone from outside to fix the problem (one of many) and I was stuck with the bill. AVOID THIS PLACE...IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
