So Far, So Good...

My husband and I have been living in a 2BR townhouse for about 2 and a half months now, and so far we've not had problems. I personally have found the management staff to be very helpful and nice - I've had to use the office fax machine on several occasions for paperwork for my job here, and they (both Andi and Nicole) have been more than accommodating with that.
The apartment itself is the nicest place we've lived in thus far (and the third place we've lived...) The kitchen is small, but has more cabinet space than our old place. We purchased a set of baker's racks when we first got married, and they have been a lifesaver at every apartment we've lived in. The carpet is new (or fairly new, at least), the place is clean. My only complaints about the apartment itself are that the provided washer and dryer setup is significantly smaller than our washer and dryer, and I don't really like the dishwasher very much (the top drawer rolls out when the door is open.) I personally haven't had an issue with parking - there have been a very few occasions where I've parked in front of the office, but it isn't far to our townhouse, and I don't mind walking a bit.
We haven't really had any maintenance problems yet, so I can't speak to that aspect, but they do come and pick up your garbage every Monday and Friday.
Definite pros: aesthetically, the complex and interior apartments are nice. Lots of space. They let you paint (which I was really impressed with.) You do have at least one assigned parking space. Our unit has its own little fenced backyard and patio, which I love. Lots and lots of light - big windows.

I would definitely recommend moving here (if you're okay with a really small washer and dryer.) For the price that we're paying in rent, I feel like it's a good deal. We've really enjoyed it - hope we continue to.
