Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other person who posted about Royal Oaks.
I was told when I first looked at the apartment how the walls are double insulated to keep out noise, but I do not believe it at all. I can hear the child of the people in the apartment behind us running through their apartment from the other end of my apartment. I hear cars bumping their stereos in the middle of the night. I hear couples in the apartments beside and below us yelling. Someone let his or her dog defecate all over the sidewalk and it was days before anyone from the apartment cleaned it up.
At almost $700 a month for a two bedroom, I have a hard time affording to live here. I am clueless how most people who live here afford it because they definitely do not appear professional.
In addition, they say they will give you a $200 referral bonus. I referred a coworker strictly on the close proximity to the office and he moved in, but I have never seen the $200.
