Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I have lived at Royal Oaks for 1 1/2 years and love it here. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance team has taken care of all problems quickly. Maybe the previous people had a bad experience that could happen anywhere. I have lived at several apartments and things can break in your apartment just like a home.
