We moved in an apartment that was said to be remodeled. All they do is put in new fixtures and crappy carpet. There are bugs everywhere. The utilities are very high here because of the ------ window job. I will not renew. The workout room is worthless. Everything broken. Everyone in Birmingham swims at the pool. The office is too lazy to check people who shouldn't be there. People drinking beer in bottles. This place is not worth the money they charge. You would be better off paying more and getting something nicer.
