I have not lived here very long, but I am pleased with my apartment. I have had a few maintenance issues since moving in, but all were fixed promptly. Management is very friendly and patient, which is a bonus because I am very vocal about anything that I feel is out of order. My only unpleasant experience here is other residents leaving their trash outside their doors. To any resident of Royal Oaks Apartments reading this message, regardless of what building you live in: TAKE YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER. Royal Oaks does not lease to children or pigs..... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
