was ok when i first move here, older place, kinda run down. Random gunfire now. Utilitie are fraudulent. It increases monthly. In the last 10yrs my avg is about 2400gals /mo. I was billed 157 gal PER DAY(imagine 31 five gallon bckets everyday!) for water for 1person/ 1bdrm in feb. In march it was 4600gal, the most i've been billed EVER. I now know where the meter is located. From the march 13th to april 1st i actually used 595 gals Get this, my total usage in april- a whopping 715 gallons.
The mgt response is the same as when you catch a young child lieing or stealing.
Its been 2 months now since i notify the mgt about their leaking roof/ hole in my ceiling. Maintainence said the roofers would be here to repair this- 6 weeks ago. I have holes in my walls where the rain has bubbled the paint/drywall and paper towels shoved in the holes in my ceiling.
