I don't know what that person was complaining about- the Springs at Trussville has been so great! I moved into one of their brand new apartments last summer and I absolutely love it! The staff is great- they are very responsive and always go above and beyond when you need help. And the maintenance team is great- they always respond really quickly. As for the mice, that story was blown way out of proportion. If you keep your apartment dirty and leave food and garbage everywhere then you're bound to have a problem. I saw the Fox 6 special- only one girl had a problem, and they kept showing the same rotted mouse over and over. Who keeps a dead mouse that long unless they're an unclean person' I love it here- my apartment is beautiful and the resident events are always a lot of fun. What other community hosts happy hours with free beer and margaritas every month' This place is great!

I am glad that you love your apartment but you should not attack a person that you have not met. My apartment is no where near filthy as all of my belongings were moved out a couple of months after the mice were discovered. Second of all this problem that you believe is "blown out of proportion" is in fact a serious issue. The apartment complex not only has outdoor mousetraps around many of its buildings (they are little black boxes on top of concrete blocks, just in case you have been wondering what that was outside your door!), but it has had to move many residents to new apartments and has allowed tenants to terminate their leases for this issue. And while I do feel that the Springs staff is very nice and helpful when it came to solving my issue it was explained with "well they[the mice] are in the office too". So I hope that with your free margaritas and beer you are able to overlook any of this issue.
