With adequate additional insulation - the apartments would be fine.

We had no idea the traffic would be as bad as it is having transferred from another city. You need to leave 45 minutes to an hour or more to get downtown in the mornings. If you leave work at 5PM you won't get home until 6 or 6:30. The apartments are nice, but need additional insulation for both noise and climate control. Also, the complex needs an area for car washing, etc., and additional garbage bins through-out the complex rather than having to load your garbage up in your car each day.
