Stonecrest is big on appearance, but falls miserably short with respect to everything else. The staff and office are absolute nightmares to deal with, who amount to nothing more than rude thugs. They take your money with a smile, but if you need ANYTHING else, forget it...you'd be better asking for what you need directly from the U.S. President. The service sucks and it will take a ton of calls to get anything done. Another thing - they MAKE YOU use their very own phone company (QUALIYSYS) who are total frauds, liars and cons. The service (both in terms of telephone service and customer service) absolutely is horrible. I've never had to deal with such incompentence and rudeness.
All in all - avoid, avoid, avoid these theives. They are a total waste of humanity and derseve to get screwed as badly as they screw their residents.
