Now, I don't why the person a few entries below thought they had to use Qualitysys or whatever it is for their phones--we have Bell South. Now, the cable system is pretty bad--poor channel selection for the cost--but they do allow satellite dishes. Unfortunately where we are (backed up against the mountain)we don't have a line of sight for a dish. The apartments could be a little better soundproofed, but they are no worse than any other apartments, and that also depends on the neighbor's following the "quiet time" rule. The staff has never been anything but polite to us and have answered every question and service call that we have had. I've never had any problems with my pets either, and there are plenty of allowable areas IF the pet-owners would just pick up the messes. To me, the apartments are the best value for the money in the area.

The only way I could feel more secure out here is if some residents or their guests could refrain from driving thru the security gate at least 2-3 times/week.
