My husband and I have lived in Stonecrest for 2 years and overall it has been nice. The rent was fine, but we do have problems with mold and we have water stains on the ceiling. Everytime it rains, we get a new spot. Of course I have spoken to the manangement about it and all they say is we'll take care of it. The walls are very thin and I can hear a conversation in the next apartment. I know there is noise when you live that close to someone, but I do not think I should be able to hear them talk. As far as the office, if you have a problem,
then there is nothing they can do about it. Today, mu husband got a warning about parking and he went to the office to speak to someone and the property manager said "it is not my problem." Parking at our building is a problem but according to the management, it isn't their problem. We have had people park along the hill at the entrance, in the grass, and the entrance of Building 1. I can't wait for my husband to transferred and leave this place. For the price of the rent, you'd think management and maintenance would be better.
