I have lived at Stonecrest for 3 years. Recently they got rid of the old staff and brought in all new people...they are HORRIBLE. The manager is rude and no one seems to know what "good customer service" means. They have lied to me, been rude to me, and pretty much made me feel as if they could care less about me. So, I am moving out!! The previos staff was GREAT...but the current staff leaves a lot to be desired. I even called their corporate office to complain but of course they did NOTHING. So basically I am warning everyone I know...DON'T MOVE TO STONECREST. The walls are thin. I hear the people above me all the time...it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. The insulation is horrible...our living room is COLD and our bedrooms are burning up HOT. I am moivng out in April and I can't wait!!! I am tired of giving my money to those people in the office. They don't act as if they care about their residents so I am moving on. IF YOU ARE SMART...DON'T MOVE HERE.

PS. The traffic is bad!!!
