i have lived here since april of 02. the old staff was wonderful and went out of there way to take care of you. i have recently encountered the new staff when i renewed my lease. i was hit with a 12 dollar a month charge for valet garbage service that i dont use. but it goes beyond the 12 dollars. it was her attitude that she could care less that i had a problem with it. that i am only one of a few people paying for it. if you signed a lease in april or before then your service is free until you renew again. if you are going to charge for it then charge everyone at the same time or dont charge at all. and furthermore i pay good money to live here and the staff works for us, so at least act like you care even if you dont (which is obvious you dont). To Bill who is incharge of maintenance, 2 thumbs up. and to the person above my comment who told me to buy a house. i live in the 900 building. come tell me that in person.

This staff is much better & cares so much then the last staff & I find it very hard to believe someone in that office said buy a house!!! Write the facts!!

Is that Chris that works in the office now? I live in the 900 building to, at least I do until my lease is up and then I am out of this place. The new staff pretty well sucks and they now think that this place is worthy of Kenley money. The only bright spot is Bill, great job man.

yeah if you read the other columns that is him. all of the positive comments are his as well. yep they think this is kenley. 2 vacant apartments in 900 soon.

Come on Chris. Everyone is on to you. There hasn't been anyone good in that office since Marie came along. How can you POSSBILY say there isn't a noise issue?
