Please avoid. I have had no problems with maintenance. They are really friendly, quick and responsive. However, the staff is flat out rude, and you will be screwed over when you leave. Maintenance is quick--when the staff gives your message to them. But you may have to call the staff 4 or 5 times to get them to deliver the message.
The walls ARE very thin, and you can hear everything your neighbors say. Anyone who lives a Stonecrest knows this is true, please ask. I don't feel the need to belabor this point, as the info is readily available.
Parking is unavailable after 8, so be prepared to walk great distances. Prices went up at least $100 for renewals, and many of my friends moved out.
There is no vermin problem. There are roaches, but they will kill them fairly easily. I have just really resented the staff, parking, and all the intrusive reconstruction projects. Watch out when you move, I'm warning you.

I live at Stonecrest & I can tell this is one of those pissed off people that just wants to bash to vent for reasons un known! Move out or shut the hell up!

Once again the staff is trying to do damage control here and bashing those that have problems. Yes the walls are thin and the management is bad, but management at most apartments are bad. So take Stonecrest Managements advise and buy a house.
