I have just chosen to renew my lease for another year. I chose Stonecrest b/c it was a pretty community in a good area and close to work. The longer I have lived here the more impressed I have been. They added valet trash pickup, which is a fabulous amenity. In addition, I have been very impressed by the new staff. There is CONSTANTLY some resident-appreciation dinner or cookout or carnival going on. I have had a couple of minor maintenance requests that were resolved within 24-hours of the initial report. I love the staff (Chris and Bill) who recognize me in my car and wave whenever they see me. All-in-all it's been a really good experience for me, and I look forward to another year here.
