VERRRY Dissappointed - management is TERRIBLE!

I have lived here for quite a while and have to say that I am growing more and more dissappointed every day. The management has turned over several times and each time it gets worse. Simply not friendly people, with the exception of one gentleman and woman - Chris and Kathy' The others seem to where scowls and are not pleased to see you, even if coming in to simply pick up a package. (Wow, am I that much of a bother for you'!)
They recently started a new program, a 'complimentary' valet trash service. The part that's so amusing to me is that it showed up on my water/sewer bill, so this 'complimentary service' is not actually complimentary after all as we are in fact required to pay for it. Now why couldn't they have asked us if we wanted it before making us pay for something we didn't even ask for' Very irritating. As if the water bill isn't high enough as it is - $60.60! That's right, more than most people pay for their houses.
Parking is in fact a MAJOR problem. Now I understand that as more people move in, more spaces will be occupied, however there are areas that parking could be added, yet instead of making it more accomodating, they simply stick balloons on everyone's cars instead. (Meaning they are illegally parked I assume.) I even saw a trailer at the office - where they told people to park if they didn't have room at their building - and it had a balloon on it. Now where is that person supposed to park I wonder' (Glad it's not my issue, but still irritating knowing that somone else is being treated that way.)
The walls are very thin, and yes you can hear everything your neighbor is doing or saying, whether you want to or not. The floors are another issue - is there anything supporting them I wonder'
I have to say, that for the money, it simply isn't worth the frustration - and the apartments look nice, but come on' For that price' I can't say I'm ready to renew my lease, but then I'm stuck for a while longer.
The one thing nice I can say about Stonecrest is that maintenance seems to be on the ball. I haven't had any issues with them, as they have always been out there as soon as they could, and have always taken care of our problems without hesitation. Also, yes, there are plenty of roaches, but then it is next to the woods, so it's to be expected. I don't think this should be a foral complaint, as pest control comes out and will service your apartment if you need them to.
All in all, this resident is rather unhappy and will move out as soon as possible. Such a shame...
