This is probably the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Wanna know why' Read on!
Maitanence sucks. You ask them to fix the sink and they break the dishwasher.
Parking is terrible and if your car WHICH HAS A STICKER ON IT TO PARK THERE gets a flat they tow it to New MExico or something.
The walls are like paper. You can hear peoples TV sets from three apartments over. Plus it someone upstairs moves or takes a step it sounds like a herd of elephants traipsing through the jungle.
The grounds are ok but the stupid gate to get in closes to fast and people just ram it alot and break it off.
And the office staff sucks so bad it isnt even funny. They dont remember you even if you go in there everyday its terrible. I pay them 1000 to just take my money and be jerks to each other. The good maintence people quit along time ago and even the main guy who was there forever quit cause the office staff cant find the woods for the trees. If you value your time at home dont even bother with this over prcied piece of junk.

the walls are soooo thin that we are moving when our lease is up. i dont mind the place too bad except for that. i can hear my neighbor snoring from the other side of our apartment!!! thats like 30 feet away with a "wall" in between us! i havent had a problem with parking yet hang on gotta go knock on wood. but what you say is true i have seen it. do you know of any good places on 280 worth a crap? we have been at several and they all are junk. I would love to justlookin68

GET SOME CLASS, WHY DON'T YOU??!! You sound nasty, I would not want to be your neighbor...you sound so TACKY!

The walls are very thin, I agree. I can hear everything my neighbors do and when the people above me move it sounds like and earthquake. Kenley looks good, Madison at Shoal Run and Turtle Lake look like crap.
