You know why.....

I have been apartment searching for the last month or so and EVERY, I mean EVERY apartment has had these bad reviews!!!! That can't be possible. There is no way for at least 25 apartments in the Birmingham Metro vicinity to have such bad reviews with all of them saying the same thing. Somebody is mad and somebody is lying for no reason at all.

I have search, I know over 20 apartments, and reviewed their ratings and every single one of them, had these wierdo people stating how bad the apartments are.

If this is the case, we may as well get us a large cardboard box and make ourselves a nice little hut on the side of the road. Because according to the reviews I have read, there is no decent apartment in THE STATE OF ALABAMA!!!

Apartments managers are basically forced to "give away" apartments because prospective renters are taking these reviews and basing their decision off of them.
Therefore, they have to make the prices more attractive to get more renters.

Just because they are cutting the prices does not mean something is wrong with the apartments. Some people make things so "deep" and complicated.

If you went to the department store and saw a shirt regular price $100.00 and it was marked down for $25.00, would you use the same judgement' Of course not, you would grab it, try it on, if it fits, you buy it. Even if it didn't fit you would think of someone to buy it for. You would not say, "Oh, that shirt is marked down to much something must be wrong with it." I mean how dumb will that be!!!

Some of the reviews are true. I do believe that, but saying things like "hell on earth", "people are evil and demonic", is a little bit far fetched and I wouldn't listen to anyone who would speak so terrible about someone. We ALL have been mean, mad, angry or "evil", towards someone at least once in our lives. So lets be reasonable.

You really won't know how an apartment is until you have lived there for yourself. Go see the place for yourself. Check out the scenery and make a decision for yourself. Don't base your decisions off of what other people state. Because in reality.... its only their opinion.

People are using this review to vent about there own personal problems they experienced. They are not using this for its purpose. They are not expressing general problems, like the pool was dirty or the playground area was not clean. People are expressing personal issues like, my neighbors hate me because my tv was too loud, they need to get better walls, or something like, there was poop in my front yard (when thats not really the apartment managers fault because the owners suppose to scoop behind their own animals). These are personal issues and not overall community issues.

If you have a problem with the maintenance, state, "The maintenance was not that good and it needs some improving." Not, "the maintenance is horrible, um, they're not as good as the others that use to be there. Their stupid, they break stuff. It takes forever for them to come and fix stuff."

People think logically. Forever, to one person, may not be forever to another. Your forever, may be 24 hours and mine may be 3 days.. So here is a clear example of how people over-exaggerate about stuff.

Also, just because there are a thousand bad reviews and someone give one good one, does not mean they are part of the staff........

I'm NOT an employee there, I am a future renter at Stonecrest, whose angry because people are not being honest and are not giving logical problems they have had so that serious adults can use this information to make good decisions.

Sounds like you are an employee who knows how bad the situation is. Why don't you spend more time showing you care about your residents instead of writing this useless information. Get a life.
